Pursuant to the provisions of Order 46 Rules 4(c), 5(1) of Anambra State High Court Rules, 2019 as amended, and by virtue of all other powers enabling His Lordship, Honourable Justice Onochie M. Anyachebelu, Chief Judge of Anambra State, on that behalf, do hereby make the following:-

ORDER
1. The Period beginning from Monday, the 22nd day of December, 2025 and ending on Monday 12th day of January 2026, is hereby declared CHRISTMAS VACATION PERIOD OF THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF ANAMBRA STATE OF NIGERIA.

2. The High Court will reopen for official business on Tuesday the 13th day of January, 2026.

3. VACATION JUDGES
During the Annual Vacation, the following Honourable Judges of the State High Court shall sit as Vacation Judges.

(b) Hon. Justice S. N. Odili – Judge

4. The vacation Judges shall sit at High Court of Justice, Awka, Anambra State.
